Island Lake Zen Group

We meet at 28025 Lakeview Circle - just north of the intersection of Darrell Rd & Rt. 176. Enter through the garage and remove shoes. The meditation room is upstairs. Loose, comfortable clothes are recommended - but the room is kept cool in winter (a sweater or Zen robe is best).

Note: our center is only open on Thursday evenings, as it is the hermitage of Zen monk Ji Hak Sunim.
